Upgrade Pack | User Research
The extensive User Research was conducted in order to understand how the users tend to upgrade their flights and hotels and to check whether the suggested solution (mobile and web app) matches user expectations in terms of its functionalities and user interface.

A full UX/UI and front-end overhaul of 12+ internal backend platforms used by company employees to power the slot games, manage and communicate with the players.


In-app Notification tool - Platform

In-app Notification back end (web) platform enables the product managers to configure the pop-ups within the slot game. The tool had to be re-built from scratch taking into consideration its existing features and capabilities.

CRM System - Journey Planner
Social Casino Company | User Experience Research & Design
Journey Planner is an addition to the CRM system and sits on top of the existing functionality and processes. The Journey Planner introduces a notion of a 'Journey' into the system, which is a series of linked communication campaigns aimed at a particular outcome. This feature is represented with a flow chart layout and allows the user to create and edit player journeys, defining which messages the player is presented with, and when.

Animal Charity | E-commerce Strategy & UX/UI Design
Founded in 2007, VŠÄ® LesÄ— is an animal welfare charity in Lithuania providing animal shelter and funding pet neutering programs for homeless cats and dogs. The organisation is funded by donations and run by unpaid volunteers. My collaboration (pro bono) with the charity started in early 2018.
