Project 1 - Online Shop
01
Assessment of the current shop
The charity intention was to revive the current online shop (which was dormant). It became very obvious that the project would need to entail much more than just a simple user interface redesign (as initially thought). The discussions revolved around re-platforming, potential warehouse integration, customer service & online user experience.
03
Competitive Analysis
Being familiar with existing competitors and their market share is important in planning the e-commerce strategy for the charity. The user research has helped us to identify the potential direct competitors, assess their strategy, online experiences and consequently to draw our business strategy.
02
User Research
In order to design the online shop that performs well, it is crucial to understand the potential customers. Extensive user research has been performed to get a good idea about customer needs and general online shopping landscape.

Conclusions & Future Plan
Summarising the findings and agreeing on the e-commerce strategy including online user experience, customer experience, marketing & advertising.
