Upgrade Pack is a B2B PaaS (Platform as a Service). The service is exclusively distributed through banks and credit card issuers as a premium customer reward, and through corporations as an employee benefit.
The service comes in the form of a native mobile and web app and is accompanied with a client/user management platform.

The User Management Portal allows Upgrade Pack Clients to retain ownership and management of their customers and employees.

Clients and their Workflows
Understanding the principles of the private banker services and relationship management was essential for this project. Knowing the service structure, responsibilities and workflows of employees helped to shape the requirements for the product.

Business Requirements & Product Strategy
Aligning Business requirements to the client needs was an important part of the project. The client/user research helped to adjust the product strategy so that the final product can be seamlessly integrated into the client/user workflows.

Planning for Future
Although the User Management Portal was delivered as a MVP the UX Design had to take into account the platform flexibility for future provisions. This approach guaranteed that the additional platform functionalities could be seamlessly integrated in the future when/if needed.

Architecture & Tech Constraints
In order to design the User Management Portal efficiently it was crucial to know how the system is structured and is intended to work. It helped to base the design solutions on tech constraints and to have an efficient design process.

User Friendly Interface
How do we make a complex and data rich solution simple and easy to use? That was the main task of the UX design. The process underwent numerous usability testing sessions & workshops with the users to make sure the platform is intuitive and behaves as expected by the users.
